Yury Rapatsevich is a fintech expert with extensive experience in payments, banking processes, corporate finance, and financial markets. Since joining IBA Group in 2016, he has been focusing on promoting advanced software solutions for the fintech and banktech sectors.

Yury began his career at IBA Group as a Project Manager and later advanced to the position of Division Deputy Director. In this role, he leads sales initiatives, manages teams, and oversees the development and implementation of financial applications.

Prior to joining IBA Group, Yury was the Head of Corporate Business and Head of Investment at banking and investment firms.
