Pavel Shkilionak

Pavel Shkilionak started his career at IBA Group in 1998 as a software engineer. Throughout the years, his diligence and experience led him to the position of VP Delivery at IBA Group. Since 2018, Pavel has been an initiator and Product Director of the ICDC Platform, an open source hybrid cloud.

Pavel graduated from the Belarusian State University in 1997 with a degree in Radiophysics. His research papers on semiconductor device modeling were published at https://www.ieee.org/

He earned an MBA from the BSU Institute of Business and Technology Management in 2007. For his dedicated work, Pavel received numerous awards and the title of an honorary employee of IBA.
