Sergey Zlobich joined IBA Group in 1997 as a developer. His dedication and strong desire for continuous improvement allowed him to advance through various roles and positions, including senior developer, team leader, and architect.

Since 2015, Sergey has been serving as a Product Owner and Delivery Manager, providing strategic leadership for development of IBA Group’s solutions EasyRPA and iDocIt. His expertise and ability to deliver effective results have been instrumental in driving these initiatives forward.

Sergey demonstrates a commitment to professional growth. His academic background includes a degree in Applied Mathematics from the Belarusian State University (BSU), and numerous certificates in business management and software development from IBM, Oracle, and WorkFusion.

Throughout his career, Sergey has been recognized and rewarded for his contribution to the company success. He constantly looks for ways to develop his personal skills and apply his knowledge to benefit his colleagues and company at large.
