Siarhei Labuka

Siarhei has been working at IBA Group since April 2006 with a three-year break. His career includes being an SAP FI consultant, a project manager, and a division director. In these roles, he participated in dozens of SAP system implementation and maintenance projects.

In September 2022, Siarhei was promoted to the position of SAP Department Director. In this capacity, he is in charge of the strategic development and financial management of the department, as well as for coordination of operation of the divisions that are part of the department.

Prior to IBA Group, Siarhei was involved in the implementation of enterprise-level software solutions at different businesses. As a result, he brought his experience of working on the customer side to a service provider, which is IBA Group.

Siarhei’s academic background includes graduation from the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship. He earned his Executive MBA from the Kozminski University, Poland. In addition, Siarhei holds PMP, PSPO, PSM, and SAP FI certificates.
