Larisa joined IBA Gomel on January 3, 2002, as an SAP developer at the Department of Implementation and Maintenance of ERP Systems and Corporate Solutions. Since 2004, she has been in charge of the creation, implementation, and development of the quality management system at IBA Gomel.

Larisa graduated with a diploma of honor from the Faculty of Economics of the Gomel State University, specializing in the organization of mechanized processing of economic information. Prior to IBA, she worked as a programming engineer at the Gomel production association Korall and other Gomel organizations and institutions. Her experience included the automation of diverse business processes, primarily automation of accounting and economic calculations.
