Yury Chakatouski

Yury Chakatouski is a Head of Competencies Development at IBA Group. Yury has practical experience in managing fixed price and time & material projects, multi-projects, programs. Also he is experienced in different types of estimations and has good understanding of design patterns and solutions made on JEE technologies.

In 2000 Yury started to work in IBA Group as SW Developer, later was hired as Technical Project Manager and Portfolio Manager. In July 2012 he became a Head of PM Department and works as Head of Competencies Development at present.

Yury graduated from Belaruski Dzjaržauny Universitet Informatyki i Radyjoelektroniki in 1994, from Colorado State University – Belarusian State University in 1998, and got his third education from Belarusian State University.
