Andrew started his career at IBA as a software developer in 1997. From April 2001 to July 2002, he worked at IBA USA in San Jose, CA. Two years later, Andrew was promoted to the position of Team Lead. In 2008, Andrew was appointed as a Project Manager and eventually, as a Department Head.

His academic background includes studying at the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy. He graduated in 1996 with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering. Prior to IBA, Andrew worked as a software developer at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in software development.

In 2022, Andrew moved to Georgia, where he died of a stroke. His family, colleagues, and clients keep warm memories of him as a kind, devoted, and hard-working person.
