Dzmitry joined IBA in 2008 as a technician programmer. Afterward, he was promoted to the position of programming engineer. He began working on projects for Hapag-Lloyd in 2012 and in 2013 was appointed as the Head of the Maritime Transport Logistics Subdivision. In 2020, Dzmitry was promoted to the position of the Head of the Java Enterprise Applications Department.

His educational background includes graduation from the Minsk Radioengineering College in 2008 and from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronic in 2011, the specialty being automation and production management engineering.
