Irina Kiptikova has been working at IBA since April 2003. As Corporate Communications Director, she is in charge of corporate communications and reputation management at IBA Group. Irina holds a Master of Science Degree in PR from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematical linguistics from the Minsk State Linguistic University. Prior to IBA, she served as a Project Manager at the World Trade Center Minsk. From October 1994 to May 2000, Irina worked as a PR Consultant and the Assistant to the Project Manager at the IFC’s (International Finance Corporation) Small-Scale Privatization Project in Belarus.
