Vjacheslav has been working at IBA since February 1999. He started his way as a Senior Database Analyst / Developer. Afterwards, he was promoted to the positions of a Technical Lead, a Project Manager, and a Division Director.

Currently, Vjacheslav holds the positions of the IBA Lithuania Chief Technical Officer (appointed in June 2022), Director of the Internet Technologies Department (appointed in May 2014), and Head of the RPA Center of Excellence (appointed in September 2017). His main responsibilities include supervision of IBA Lithuania’s project activities, management of a production department (200 + software developers), overseeing of the projects implemented by the department, and supervision of the RPA Center of Excellence.

In 1985, Vjacheslav graduated from high school with a gold medal. In 1992, he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics, the Faculty of Computer Engineering. In 1996, he defended his thesis and became a PhD in Computer Science. In 2008, Vjacheslav earned a Professional Diploma in Management from the British Open University.
