Aleš Hojka has been with IBA CZ since December 2009. In July 2013, he was promoted to the position of General Director of IBA CZ and in 2015 appointed as Managing Director of IBA Slovakia. He holds overall responsibility for IBA CZ and IBA Slovakia with a special focus on the IBA CZ development centers in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, and Bratislava. Mr. Hojka is in charge of project supervision, business development, expansion to new markets, customer relations, and end–to–end IT solutions. Prior to IBA, he served as ECM Consultant and Business Development Manager at international companies, including Getronics, Kapsch, Logos, Siemens, and NESS. His background includes deep technical knowledge, the ability to manage software development teams, and long-term experience in the IT industry.
